.Here (pronounced “dot here,” otherwise you end up saying “here” repeatedly and no one has any idea what you’re on about) technically opened its doors on 15 December. Kind of. It is, without question, the most pretentious-sounding hotel of 2025. Possibly of any year. And just to make it worse, the nine villas are split across two islands called Somewhere and Nowhere. You may now remove the sick from your mouth.

But the concept is super cool, so I’ll almost forgive them. Which means I’ll only passive-aggressively mention it every five seconds instead of actively mocking it nonstop. It’s a villas-only property, with the hoi polloi entry level option being enormous, beautiful three-bedroom villas, each with a 47-metre swimming pool and both beach and over-water access. When the property is fully finished, supposedly in Q1 2026, the flagship will be a five-bedroom super-villa on Nowhere, measuring a mere 2,399 square metres. Just enough space for a few items of hand luggage.

Despite the delayed opening (story for another time), we somehow managed to be the very first guests. So yay, another Dorsia Travel world exclusive, I guess?  Below are the first images of the property, taken by yours truly.
