We’re Dorsia Travel, Not That Dorsia

Let’s clear this up once and for all. At Dorsia Travel, we specialise in exceptional travel experiences: luxurious safaris, exclusive-use villas, and trips that make your average Daily Mail reader get a rage boner.  But lately, we’ve been inundated with emails about apps crashing, rogue subscriptions, and—probably unrelated—possessed demons shrieking death threats at us ever since we stole that ouija board from an ancient burial ground littered with skulls, ominous Latin warnings, and what looked suspiciously like the gates to Hell.

Folks, we’re flattered you think we’re cool enough to have an app, but let us gently remind you:  We are not Dorsia, the restaurant booking app.

Yes, yes, we get the confusion. We both borrowed our name from American Psycho, but that’s where the similarities end. (And yes, that’s really where our name came from. Given my bloodthirsty obsession with safari, you might assume it was my idea, but no, it was Lucie’s. Proof that lunatics do attract.)

To recap:

• If you can’t book that trendy West Village spot because the app’s down—not us.
• If your reservation mysteriously disappears at 8pm on a Friday—still not us.
• If your safari guide won’t get you a table at Dorsia—yeah, not us either, but kudos for trying.

But if you’re craving a life-changing trip somewhere your neighbour’s definitely haven’t been, or a villa so absurdly luxurious that Patrick Bateman would try and murder you out of envy, then yes, that’s probably us.

So next time your restaurant reservation disappears faster than Bateman’s sanity,  kindly direct your complaints to the other Dorsia.
